Sure, it's a good change but it has no effect on cap escalations at all.
Tagging takes up time that the loki pilot can be doing other stuff... like managing a dread or two. I suppose if you run with 1 ship per pilot, nbd. But that's just wrong. |

but that only works with numbers, and often you separate tagging to 2 groups hence why you used numbers AND letters to separate targets for the dreads from the subcaps.
